Terms and Conditions for Niko Cyber House

1. Introduction
Welcome to Niko Cyber House (“the Agency”), a subsidiary of Niko Media Networking (“the Parent Company”). By engaging our digital marketing and advertising services, you (“the Consumer”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your use of our services, projects, and interactions. Please read them carefully.
2. Scope of Services
Niko Cyber House provides expert digital marketing and advertising solutions, including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Content Creation, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising, and Website Development. Specific project deliverables will be outlined in a Service Agreement prior to project commencement. Modifications to the scope of services require written approval and may be subject to additional fees.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, strategies, designs, and materials developed during the course of our projects remain the intellectual property of Niko Cyber House until full payment is received. Upon completion of payments, specific rights and usage permissions for deliverables will be granted as outlined in the project contract. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our materials is strictly prohibited.
4. Consumer Responsibilities
Consumers agree to provide accurate and timely information required for project execution. Any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate inputs may impact project timelines. Consumers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to their marketing and advertising activities.
5. Payment Terms
Payments must be made as per the agreed-upon schedule outlined in the Service Agreement. Late payments may incur penalties, and non-payment can result in suspension or termination of services. Refunds are not provided for completed milestones.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during project engagements. This includes proprietary business information, client data, and strategies.
7. Limitation of Liability
Niko Cyber House shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the respective project.
8. Legal Compliance
The Consumer agrees that all marketing and advertising activities conducted through Niko Cyber House will comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Any legal implications arising from the Consumer’s actions remain their sole responsibility.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes, both parties agree to first seek resolution through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Niko Cyber House operates.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, outstanding payments for completed work must be settled immediately. Niko Cyber House reserves the right to retain ownership of incomplete deliverables.
11. Amendments
Niko Cyber House reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Consumers will be notified of significant changes via email or our official website.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Niko Media Networking is headquartered.
