Introduction
Niko Cyber House, a subsidiary of Niko Media Networking, is committed to providing premium digital marketing and advertising services. To ensure transparency and build trust with our clients, we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy. This document covers terms related to project commitments, payment procedures, and legal compliance.
Refund Policy
- Service-Based Refunds:
Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions where services were not delivered as per the agreed project scope outlined in the contract. Refunds are not provided for:
- Partially completed projects.
- Client-requested changes beyond the original scope of work.
- Delays caused by client-side inaction or lack of communication.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- The client must report discrepancies within seven (7) business days of project completion.
- Refund requests must be accompanied by valid documentation, such as project agreements and detailed issues.
- Processing:
- Eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds are credited through the original payment method or as mutually agreed.
Cancellation Policy
- Project Cancellation:
- Clients may cancel ongoing projects by submitting a formal cancellation request via email.
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 10 business days before the project deadline to be considered.
- Fees and Deductions:
- A cancellation fee, ranging from 20% to 50% of the total project cost, will be applied depending on the stage of the project.
- Non-refundable expenses, including third-party software and advertising costs, will be deducted.
- Niko’s Discretion:
- Niko Cyber House reserves the right to terminate a project if the client violates terms or engages in activities detrimental to legal or ethical standards. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
Legal Compliance
All disputes arising under this policy are governed by the laws applicable to Niko Media Networking’s jurisdiction. For unresolved issues, parties may pursue arbitration or legal action as defined in the client contract. By engaging with Niko Cyber House, clients agree to the terms outlined above.
